who I work with:

I work primarily with women+ in early adulthood (roughly ages 20-40) who feel deeply, think a lot, and often carry more than they let on. You might be navigating self-doubt, perfectionism, relationship challenges, life transitions, or a lingering sense of emotional overwhelm. Many of the people I work with are outwardly capable but inwardly unsure, sensitive to their environments, and longing to feel more grounded, connected, and at ease within themselves.

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and deeply relational, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities. I often incorporate inner-child work and focus on what’s happening in the here and now, helping you understand how past experiences show up in your present-day emotions, relationships, and patterns.

At the heart of my work is the relationship we build together. I offer a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. I tailor my approach to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.

This is a safe, affirming, and welcoming space for all. 2SLGBTQI+ friendly.

I’m so glad you’re here
exactly as you are.
