you’ve wanted to change your social media habits, but doing it alone hasn’t worked.
Disconnect to Reconnect:
A Social Media Reset Group
here’s the breakdown of our 6-week group:
-
Week 1.
January 7th 2026 @6pm EST
Introduction + Understanding the Reset
We’ll get to know one another, explore what brings you here, and introduce the options for the reset (full break from social media or boundary setting option). We’ll talk about what happens in the brain when we take space from social media and discuss boundaries and intentions for the weeks ahead. -
Week 2.
January 14th 2026 @6pm EST
Dopamine, Habit Cycles + Beginning the Reset
This week marks the start of the optional reset. We’ll explore how dopamine and reward systems shape our online habits and discuss the emotional needs that often sit beneath compulsive checking. Grounding and breathwork will help support the transition. -
Week 3.
January 21st 2026 @6pm EST
Mindfulness + Recognizing What Nourishes
With one week of the reset behind us, we’ll check in about what’s coming up so far. This session introduces mindfulness tools to help you engage more intentionally both online and offline. We’ll explore how to identify what feels nourishing, what drains your energy, and how to stay present through discomfort. -
Week 4.
January 28th 2026 @6pm EST
Attachment Styles + Online Patterns
This week focuses on how attachment patterns show up in our digital lives; from seeking reassurance to withdrawing from connection. We’ll reflect on emotional needs, relational dynamics, and how the reset is unfolding so far. -
Week 5.
February 4th 2026 @6pm EST
Space, Boredom + Creative Reconnection
As the reset continues, we’ll explore how space and boredom can create room for clarity, creativity, and deeper self-awareness. We’ll reflect on what emerges when the noise quiets. -
Week 6.
February 11th 2026 @6pm EST
Reflection + Intentional Re-Integration
We’ll close by reflecting on what you’ve noticed over the past month and discussing how to re-enter social media (if you choose to) in a way that feels grounded and intentional. We’ll explore long-term boundaries and sustainable digital wellbeing.

Absolutely. Some participants join simply to understand their habits and patterns more deeply. You are welcome as you are.

That’s completely okay. Week 6 includes tools for intentional re-integration or continued distance. The goal is clarity, not pressure.
