I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and a Certified Clinical Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I currently practice virtually with individuals across Ontario and British Columbia.
In my clinical practice as a trauma-informed practitioner, I primarily work with women (aged 20-40) who are navigating a range of emotional and relational concerns.
My goal is to create a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative relationship with my clients, one that feels truly genuine. Through this, I hope to offer them tools and strategies for increased self-awareness and self-regulation. As supported by the literature, I truly believe that change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship.
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, evidence-based, and deeply relational. I often incorporate inner child work and focus on what’s happening in the here and now. Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible, shaped around your needs and at your pace. My goal is to empower and support you in creating meaningful change in your life.
I am apart of the Shine Mental Health Collective, a group of mental health practitioners based out of Ottawa, Ontario. My clinical work is supervised by Tesia Bryski, RP, founder of Shine.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa, where I completed coursework, a 400-hour clinical placement and a research thesis funded by SSHRC and OGS grants. My thesis focused on the experiences of self-doubt among therapists-in-training and has been approved for publication.
Over the years, I’ve worked in a range of mental health settings; including private psychotherapy practices, university counselling centres, and in crisis response services (1,300 calls taken). During my masters degree, I served as a guest lecturer, teaching and research assistant, and continue to present my work at national and international conferences.

Human first, therapist second.
I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, after years of internalizing my symptoms. I’m a recovering people-pleaser and have struggled with perfectionism, experiences that deeply inform my work today.
I consider myself a spiritual person. I adore being near the ocean, low lit rooms, and kinds of music. I believe in the golden rule (treating others as one would want to be treated), and feel most fulfilled when I’m connecting with others.
When I’m not practicing psychotherapy, you’ll likely find me catching up with a friend, listening to a podcast, practicing yoga or exploring outdoors. Lately, I’ve been enjoying photography and ceramics as creative outlets.
I look forward to learning about you!
